Hello, my Apple Account balance is $10.75, but Apple keeps asking me to add a credit or debit card and enter a CVV. I don't have a payment card. I want to purchase a $9.99 JoyArk subscription using my Apple Account balance. My payment method previously showed “None.” Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Check the tax rate in your area.
If the adjusted price is more than your store credit, put another gift card in. Otherwise, you'll need to have a payment method on file; some subscriptions require this.

Check your payment method in Settings ➢ [your name] ➢ Payment & Shipping, ensure it’s valid and update if needed. Also, sign out and back into your Apple Account, then try again.
If it still fails, contact Apple Support directly.
