iPhone 15 Pro Max shows Home Accessories battery usage after app removal

Info regarding my Battery use shows Home Accessories. However I removed that app long ago and don't use it. This started with iOS 27 and happened again this Sunday morning. First time it happened I installed the Home app and removed it again. But that doesn't seem to have helped. What is going on? iPhone 15 ProMax (most current iOS). There are no steps I can think of to reproduce this issue, since I don't have or use the Home app.

Home configuration or iCloud synchronisation: If the accessory was removed from the Home app but some Home configuration remains, the Home app or its associated services might still perform background operations.

I don't think this the behaviour is an outcome of iOS 27.

If not iOS 27, then what could cause this issue?

I have never configured anything since I don't have and don't use the Home app. After searching for a while, the only place I found the Home app icon was under Privacy and Security, where it says no apps requested access to Home information. I received my brand new iPhone in March 2024. The first time the issue appeared was around 13th September 2026. It occurred two or three days and then disappeared only to return this morning.
