Migrate Apple Home devices and settings to new/different Apple TV

I have a new Apple TV 4K gen 4 on order. I understand how to get most of the video apps and setup to load, but the Apple Home hub settings and devices is a different issue because I don't believe any of the setting are saved to iCloud. Is anyone aware of whether Apple has come up with a way to migrate Apple Home hub settings to a new generation Apple TV?
