iPhone album art displaying incorrectly

Hi everyone. I could use some help on an issue with my iTunes music library. So I have been experiencing issues with my iPhone 18 Pro Max displaying the wrong album art. I have deleted the album art cache folder and unchecked my whole library to delete from my phone and re-synced and there are still a bunch that are wrong. This even happened with a newly ripped album. Once I synced, the artwork was totally off. I have done this process about 3 times. I have a big library, so this takes a while, and is extremely frustrating. I am wondering if at this point metadata or something is corrupted and am thinking of deleting the iTunes library file after making a copy and reimporting everything back in to start anew. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
