WiFi known or managed networks

I’m pretty sure I understand what the difference is between known WiFi networks and managed WiFi networks but where do the managed WiFi networks come from? Do I need to leave the managed WiFi networks on here or not? My phone has been hacked and my phone number has been cloned so there’s not much I can do with this nice almost brand new phone 16e?

Managed Wifi Networks come from your Cellular Provider.

Do I need to leave the managed WiFi networks on here or not?

You can't delete them unless you remove your SIM to your Cellular Provider. They are part of your cellular plan.

Nothing there indicates your phone has been hacked or cloned at all. A managed WiFi network has nothing to do with MDM software for controlling what can be done on your device.

Those Wi-Fi networks are known as cellular or carrier offload networks.

These networks arise from the carrier network provisioning. Most carriers use some form of offloading, too.

These particular Wi-Fi networks are intended to get your phone traffic off of cellular frequencies, and onto Wi-Fi networks, particularly when in heavy-usage areas and congested-network areas.

While the networks are listed as managed, they do not indicate this iPhone is compromised.

None of this indicates a hack, or a hacker, or an Apple Account compromise, a cloned or SIM-swapped device, a computer virus, or anything out of the ordinary, and certainly not Fred. Definitely not Fred. Fred wasn’t involved. Sorry; we’re not supposed to talk about Fred, right? 😉
