Need assistance with iphone recovery for lost phone

The box and serial number will not help you recover information from a lost phone.

What is needed is an iCloud backup for any data that is not synced to iCloud and for data synced to iCloud it is accessed by signing into iCloud.com.

You cannot recover any information on the lost phone itself, unless you recover the lost phone, and it is in a state where it is still possible to get into it without erasing it.

The only information that you can recover without the phone is information that also exists elsewhere, e.g..

• Information synchronized to iCloud
• Information backed up to iCloud
• E-mail and calendar entries associated with e-mail accounts (since the master copies of those usually reside on the e-mail provider's servers)
