Access web.mac.com blog content from a hard drive backup
I had a blog on web.mac.com. Of I have it backed up on a hard drive, can I access it without the web site?
MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.15

You can access the constituent files in any available local backups, but rendering those files usually means a web server, though some HTML editing tools can render HTML without needing a web server.

First, you need to have the files.
If you have the files, a tool such as Sitely (formerly Sparkle) can probably import the iWeb files.
EverWeb might be able to read the files, but I don't know that.
An app such as MAMP can run a self-contained local web server on a Mac.
