After ISO 27.0.1 update can’t import from Files

After ISO 27.0.1 update Iphone Imovie wont inport anything from my files. Have reinstalled imovie. Checked permissions. Still wont work. Disaster!! I cant use any of my soundtracks I have in my files unless I screen record them and import from photos. I don’t want to have to do this laborious work around every time!! Is there a fix?
