Please define "not working".
It is not yet universally available. It is also still in beta. Even if it has downloaded and activated, there are bugs.
Turn off Siri AI and revert to Siri Classic if it's causing problems for you.
It's in Beta. It will have issues. That's expected. Beta means it's available for testing. You can report the problems to Apple, but don't expect a response.
Some people find it works well for them as is. I am not one of them. I have reverted to classic on all of the devices I rely on for day to day work. When it works, it's really impressive, but It's not to the point that I am willing to live with it full time yet.
After you ask it a question, all it keeps saying is I’m having a problem. Try again later. It’s been downloaded on the computer since iOS 27 came out.
