No one here can answer your question. You're not addressing anyone from Apple as this is purely a user to user only forum, which Apple neither participates, nor reads for user questions. As such, why questions simply can't be answered here.
We've certainly seen some people chime in about Uconnect and CarPlay, but that doesn't mean it's an Apple issue. Things seem to work just fine with other infotainment systems from other car manufacturers. Apple has no control over a system from Dodge at all. So what did Dodge say when you logically contacted them about the issues you're seeing?
