Are you talking about the Inverted Display on Android? That is hardly an accessibility feature on Android to address left handed people, it is simply inverting the screen so now to go back to the previous screen you press the back button on the right of the screen instead of the left, along with all the other controls flipped. It seems contradictory to the Left to Right reading of content in the English language where in Settings you would read it on the right with the content being right justified instead of a left justified layout expected in the English language. Even to access it requires an archaic action by tapping the Build Mode 7 times quickly to enable Developer Options and then by going there you see a setting for RTL Layout.
It is not a Setting under Accessibility marketed for Left Handed Users, it is an option for inverting the screen. Whether you can get used to that RTL layout is one thing, but I don't see the benefit to a left handed user. To be honest I am a righty, but my brother is a lefty and has an Android phone so I enabled it there and he was utterly confused by the layout and he did not find it useful at all. The part that confused him the most is having to go back to the previous screen by tapping on the right side of the screen, which is something you would think would benefit a righty.
I am all for an Accessibility feature that benefits left handed users, but I just don't see where an inverted display is the answer. The links to send feedback have been provided and of course should be used for any Feature Request. Just trying to get a better understanding myself how that helps, not trying to dispute your experience using a RTL layout and I wanted to make sure we were talking about the same thing in case I missed a setting on Android that did something different to help left handed users.
