How do I get a clear explanation for delayed iPhone pickup at Dubai Mall?

I placed my order three days ago, and at the time of purchase, the phone was shown as available for pickup at Dubai Mall on the same day. However, when I arrived, I received no clear information, and I still haven’t received a confirmation email.
