I updated to iOS 27 this morning. I tried everything I can think of, like toggling airplane mode on and off, turning the phone off and on, making sure settings are correct etc. I'm making this post after 2.5 hours of work...
I have physical SIM cards from 2 different providers. The result is the same.
I can't use my phone when I'm not around a wi-fi. Help!!!!

You just proved it is not carrier dependant so have Apple run diagnostics to check your cell modem is still functioning.

Have Apple look at it.
BTW the two providers may share the same base station or power supply so driving to another location or checking an independant downtime site is worth a try
