Ted Lasso doesn’t subtitle Dutch conversations with Dutch subtitles on

Why doesn’t Ted Lasso subtitle the Dutch conversations while Dutch subtitles are on? My wife and I are learning Dutch and using subtitles to help us. With Ted Lasso, when anyone speaks Dutch the subtitles just stop, there is no Dutch being subtitled. Why? I am still having a hard time understanding spoken Dutch, reading is much easier. Or if you’re a Dutch and deaf, you still can’t hear the Dutch being spoken. It seems like a bad decision by the subtitle team.
