Safari search issues after iOS update

After updating to iOS 27.0.1, every time I try to search various topics in Safari, I get a popup message that says, "Do you want to download v.gif." I have tried clearing the website history, downloading an ad blocker, and the other suggestions that I have found online. So far, nothing has worked and I am unable to use Safari.
