Exceeded maximum attempts during enrollment process
you have exceed maximum number of attempts geting this while adding the addtional deatil in enrollement process

Apple does not participate here. As other end users we have no access to any of Apple's systems. Also, Apple moved the Developers forum section from these forums to a separate site, so there are few developers left here who can help with an issue that is outside the scope of these user-to-user, consumer-produst forums.
