How to purchase app licenses in new ASM

Hi there!

With the new ASM layout, I can no longer purchase additional app licenses on the majority of apps in the Library.

Example: Let's go with Google Chrome

BEFORE: Apps and Books > Search Google Chrome for iPad > Assign to: XXX and Purchase 100 licenses

Now: Library > Search Google Chrome > there is NO option to purchase licenses

Where/how am I now suppose to purchase licenses???

Thanks
