Hi there

Please try this

  • Power Cycle the Mouse: Turn the physical power switch on the bottom of the Magic Mouse off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
  • Toggle Bluetooth: Go to System Settings > Bluetooth on your Mac, disconnect the mouse, toggle Bluetooth off and back on, and reconnect it.
  • Clean the Touch Surface: Wipe the top acrylic/glass surface of the mouse with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove skin oils, dust, or debris that can block touch sensors.
  • Check Battery Level: Ensure the mouse is fully charged or has fresh batteries installed.
