New iPhone 17 Pro Max constantly freeze when deleting spam and using Apple Maps

My new iPhone 17 PRO MAX (bought in July) freezes constantly when I try to delete spam, and still freezes on APPLE MAPS! The only reason I bought a new phone (upgrade from 14 PRO MAX) WAS TO STOP THIS APPLE MAP FREEZING. It locks up everything! I truly can't stand this phone anymore!!! Why is this happening??? Why can't they fix this?
