How do I revert to previous Siri functionality after update?

What did you do? I spent almost 3 hours talking to Apple support only to find out about changes made in new update. It's horrible! Now when I use siri to go online I can't directly access my folders. It used to do 1 swipe up and 1 tap in rt hand corner to get to folder and bookmarks. Now it takes 3. Then when I finally get to the folders they've changed the previous simple bookmarks such as ny times to THE NEW YORK TIMES, nytimes.com live news etc,etc etc. Instead of seeing 20 bookmarks on screen I get 4 1/2 and have to scroll and scroll. Who thought of this? It was fine b4. It's now convoluted and wastes time. I hope you can the team that came up with this for taking what works perfect and turning it into this trainwreck. Apple support didn't know how to put it back the way it was that worked so well for 15-20 years

Went to work this morning, stopped by the store to pick up dinner, and now just doing a little browsing.

But, more seriously the point is that you are not speaking to Apple here and this is a Community forum of users where Apple does not participate in providing support or even read your post. You can send Feedback to Apple where they will read your comments using the link here:

Adding to the above responses, there was no “OCT 23 UPDATE” released by Apple. The only thing Apple released on Oct. 23 was the iPhone Duo and a new iOS version exclusively for that model.

So not that it matters to us, as we can’t assist you anyway, but we don’t know what “update” you’re talking about. We don’t know your previous version or your current version.
