iMessage and Facetime not working

Hello! I am having an issue with my imessages. It keeps unchecking my phone number without me doing anything under the settings and so I cannot send imessages, only RCS. The same thing is happening with Facetime. Also, some people are receiving texts from my apple account, not my phone number. If I try to get rid of my apple account, so that only the phone number is an option is breaks entirely. Any solutions? Restarting my phone doesn't help, in fact, if it does randomly fix itself, after I restart my phone or get a new update, the problem happens again.
