I raise the issue and no one replied why IOS 27 update it’s getting delayed open any app it’s take 3 to 4 seconds even when someone call it’s same white background and 3 to 4 second the call will show any answer for that how to fix this bug issue

I think you mean apps are slow to open including Phone app.
Slowness can be due to VPN, and also totally full storage, amongst others.
