iOS 27 update blocked contact
Updated iPhone 12 Pro newest iOS 27.0.1 last night and has blocked a contact. How do I make unblock stick?

Instead of unblocking the person via the Phone app or their individual contact card, remove them directly from your system-wide block list:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps > Phone (or Messages).
- Scroll down and select Blocked Contacts.
- Tap Edit in the top right corner.
- Tap the red minus icon next to the contact's name or number, then tap Unblock.
- Tap Done.
