Wired Apple CarPlay on iPhone 17 Pro Max intermittently disconnects in Nissan Juke after iOS 26.5-26.6-ish update.

Hello! I have a really weird and complex problem. So I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max and currently I have iOS 27.0.1.

When I bought it, I could easily use Apple CarPlay wired with a Samsung Black Cable (becuase the car doesn't support the wireless CarPlay) on a 2020 car model (a Nissan Juke exactly) when I had like iOS 26.x. From like one of the latest versions of the iOS 26, like a 26.5 or like a 26.6 (unfortunately I don't remember exactly) it got worse. Now when I try to connect to Apple CarPlay (after removing my phone from the car's infotainment system and the car connection from my iPhone CarPlay's connections), the "Do you wan to use Apple CarPlay" message glitches a bit too hard. After waiting for the message to get stabilized, the CarPlay shows normal, but after some seconds or a minute the CarPlay dissapears and the charging stops without unplugging the cable from my phone. After some seconds, the charging restarts and the CarPlay shows again, but after some seconds, the CarPlay dissapears again and the charging stops again, and this cycle repeats.

I tried another cable, which is a Beats Red cable from USB A to USB C. Before the iOS 26.6-ish updates it worked perfectly with the car, but after those updates, the cable doesn't work anymore with CarPlay. If i plug in the cable into my iPhone it doesn't show anything on the sceen or on the phone, it just charges. But if I plug it in with the USB C part twisted, it does show the "Do you want to use Apple CarPlay" message, but after pressing yes, it does not show anything on the infotainment screen. The Beats/Samsung cable or my iPhone can't be broken because:

-Another iPhones such as the iPhone 16 Pro or Pro Max works perfectly with one of the cables.

-With my iPhone I tried the Beats Red Cable with another car (MG eHS MY 2025 exactly) and it worked perfectly

-If I try that cable between my iPhone and the computer, my computer can recognize the phone and also can make any type of transfer or anything I can do.

-I also have a Beats Blue cable from USB C to USB C. I tried it on an MG S9 PHEV MY2026 and it worked perfectly.

-I also have a Nissan Qashqai MY2019 and if I use a white Samsung Cable, the CarPlay works perfectly fine with my iPhone . If I try the Beats Red Cable, it doesn't work, it just charges. But if I try the iPhone 16 Pro or Pro max with it, it works perfectly fine.

I heard on the internet that if I buy an adapter from USB C to USB A and I use the Apple cable that came with the phone, it should solve the problem. Guess what? Still the same problem like with the Samsung cable.

I also tried the adapter with the Beats Blue Cable, no success.

I tried to reset the network settings, the "all settings" from the transfer menu, still didn't work on the Juke.

I also tried to give the USB Accesories permission all the time, no success.

I also heard that to try a Carplay Wireless Adapter but I don't wanna spend another 50 euros to get my CarPlay work.

I tried any possibility to make the CarPlay work on my Juke but no one seems to work. I don't know what should I do because I speculate myself and also the internet that the iOS version might be the problem, but I'm not too sure.

I also heard that my charging port from my iPhone now supports faster speeds or something than the iPhone 16 series and I think that this can also mess with the Apple CarPlay's wired connection.

In this situation we can absolutely exclude the fact that my iPhone or the car's infotainment system can be the problem, based on my context.

I don't know what should I do right now as I tried, if not everything, almost everything, to get my CarPlay work but with no success.

If anyone wants to ask another questions or something, I'm opened to reply to them as fast as I can.

If someone genius can help me find out what's going on and can actually help me to get my CarPlay work, I will be so so grateful.

Have a great day in advance!

How many USB-A ports does your car have? In the car’s owners manual are there any ports labeled as charging or CarPlay? Some cables may only support charging. Some ports may only support charging. Have you contacted your dealer? There may be firmware or software updates required for your infotainment system.

iOS 27.2 is expected to release soon. You may want to wait for the update.
