Dual sim network connectivity problem

I am having problem with my network settings-dual sim. My esim is jio and my physical sim is bsnl. At first i got the pop up that says “(secondary) your sim sent a message” for several days and suddenly my internet stopped working. I called the jio customer care and they said there’s nothing wrong then i also tried my bsnl physical sim on another phone and it worked perfectly fine. So i went to apple service and they told me to update my bsnl sim.. whenever i turn off my bsnl sim, jio network works perfectly fine but when i turn back my bsnl sim card, it stops working.. even jio stops working and bsnl too. So i tried inserting my airtel sim instead of bsnl sim but it had the same problem too. So i think it’s a problem with my dual sim and even when i do diagnostic it says it’s a problem with my jio carrier setting. So what is the problem? Jio works fine for me when used alone on my phone though.

To be able to use any SIM across the globe you must have "No SIM Restriction" against Network Provider Lock. Please refer to the pic below.

If you see No Service or Searching in the status bar on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), your device isn't connected to a cellular network. If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device can still make emergency calls.
