I wanna down load old Numbers appsNumbers 14.4 apps for Ventura 13.7.8
Is there any possibility use Old Numbers apps as 14.4 with Ventura OS 13.7.8 ?

If you have never installed any version of Numbers from the Mac App Store after Oct 2013, or it was previously pre-installed by Apple, a third-party reseller, or previous Mac owner — then the answer is that you cannot get Numbers for Ventura. You will need to use Numbers for iCloud, or another spreadsheet solution (e.g. LibreOffice Calc).
If you did previously install Numbers, then you may be able to get the last compatible version of Numbers for Ventura:
- Launch the Mac App Store on Ventura.
- Sign into the store with the identical Apple ID that you used to previously install Numbers
- With the store selected, press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel
- If Numbers appears there, and has any download symbology with it, click that.
- You may receive one or more dialogs. Do not click Cancel. The final dialog will ask if you want to install the last compatible version of Numbers for Ventura. Agree.
Based on that successful hierarchy of steps, Numbers should be in your Applications folder.
