Unable to Recover My Own Account Due to an Unnecessarily Complicated Process

Why do you have to make it so difficult to recover your own account when you have all your personal information and even have a passkey saved on your iPhone?

What is the point of locking me out of my own account and then telling me that you will contact me to help me recover it through the very same account you have blocked?

I have tried everything possible to regain access to my account, but instead of helping me, you keep putting obstacles in my way. There is no way to contact support directly, speak to a real person about my case, or get the assistance I need to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

All you do is send me from one link to another, making me repeat the same steps over and over again without providing any real solution.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I need someone from your support team to review my case and help me recover access to my account as soon as possible. I have provided my information and taken every necessary step, yet I am still locked out of my own account with no clear explanation or effective way to resolve the problem.

I'm very sorry but you are posting to a user to user community forum. We are just Apple users trying to help other Apple users. We do not have access or permissions to recover that account for you. If you are not finding online help and the various link to be helpful, you may want to make an appointment at you local Apple Store's Genius Bar where a live person can help. Bring everything with you.

As far as I can tell, Apple mostly is not here except to moderate these forums.

I think I've only seen a handful of threads where someone who appeared to work for Apple posted a reply – and typically in those cases, the reply told the author of the thread to contact Apple Support. Thus the odds that Apple will reply to you at all in these forums – much less openly debate details of how security measures for the recovery of an Apple Account should work – are extremely slim and none.

You have more chance of being run over and killed by a truck, or of winning the lottery.

I rely on my iPhone for work and travel constantly, so being locked out of my account is more than just an inconvenience; it directly affects my ability to work and manage my daily activities.

It is genuinely frustrating that a company as large as Apple can have such a poor account recovery system, offering no clear solutions and making it almost impossible to speak to someone who can actually help.

Even though you're just another member of the community, I've noticed that you seem to receive notifications about my posts quite quickly....... I'm hoping that someone from Apple will also see my case and finally provide me with the answers I need to resolve this issue.

It always leads me back to the same thing: my account is locked, and I have to wait up to a day for a response that will supposedly be sent to the very same account I cannot access.

Did you actually read my post, or are you just replying for the sake of replying? I have already explained the problem clearly. I am looking for an actual solution, not the same instructions I have been given repeatedly without getting anywhere.
