How do I fix texting issues with HEIF format photos?
Anyone having trouble texting photos with HEIF format?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 27
After the latest update on 10/24/26 I have not been able to send photos via messages. I can send Text and reels but not photos. They get stuck. A progress bar under the photo shows them stuck. Originally I was lead to believe that it was due to the latest update with camera format being set to "High Efficiency". I've tried switching back to "Most Compatible", But they keep getting Stuck?? Anybody have any thoughts? I'm running IOS 27.0.1 On a iPhone 13 Pro Max.
