iPhone 4 Camera green spot issue

Hi,

I got my iPhone 4 and I have used it for few weeks. It works great and I love it but I find it is not perfect.

When I take photos indoor, there will be a green spot in my photos. The position of green spot is fixed and it exist either using back or front camera.

I wonder if it is a hardware problem or software problem. Apple Genius please give me an answer. If it is hardware problem, I have to have my iPhone fixed.

all iphone 4s will have this green spot to SOME DEGREE. that is what you have to realy pay attention to with this problem

im on my 6th iphone and 3 of them were from the green spot. on all phones u will get that green thing from flourecent lighting. its just how it picks up the light.

but on most iphones u have to REAALY look hard and point it at a white paper to FIND IT. but on some of them the green spot is very clear without trying to find it. it will be seen anytime your in that lighting and is out in the open.

it is very hard to swap a phone for this issue since technically all iphone 4s have this issue in the right lighting so if u do you have to realy explain yourself well and tell them what i just explained .

the first 2 iphone 4s i had and my current one dosnt have this issue unless you turn the brightness all the way up and use white paper and look for it and even then its barley noticeable compaired to the huge green stain on alot of units.

i know i had hard time with this issue kus the lack of info on it so i hope i can help.

one time i tried to swap for this isssue and the genuises phone exibited the same issue. i told him that his phone may have that too but that dosnt mean his dosnt have a problem. and that if my camera looked the way his did id want to swap it as i was doing.

becouse i had swapped 2 times at that store they denied me saying that becouse the genuises phone did that too and 2 og the 16 display models it its a wide spread problem and they couldnt do a warrenty swap on it becouse apparently its so widespread its not realy an issue but more just something that the iphone 4 can do ,.

complete bull crap if you ask me. just becouse one apple employee and 2 of the 16 god darn phones hard it .very grossed out how they pulled that on me,

This is a problem apple is refusing to acknowledge.... I exchanged 4 iphones at the store and everyone of them has had this problem... Even their "iphone Tech" at the apple store had the same problem on his phone when he out right lied to me and said he couldn't see it! I showed it to him and (with his phone) and he said ... Oh never noticed it and then told me and I quote..."This seems to be a problem with our camera on the phone the only thing I can do is offer you a refund! That's it, I asked him to open a new phone and try it to see if the problem persisted (the phones that they were offering for exchange where refurbished, typical apple returned policy, which I didn't care about) I suggested that the refurbished products they where offering might not have had that particular issue dealt with, he refused... Come on wouldn't you want to satisfy the customer and get to heart of the problem? This test I am afraid would prove what haas been said before that THE IPHONE WHITE BALANCE SENSOR IF FAULTY WHEN SHOOTING UNDER FLUORESCENT LIGHTING, JUST ADMIT IT AND BE DONE WITH IT! I love my iphone and the phone tech did admit it that there was probably nothing he could do and they did offer return... I just think they should let people be aware of it and stop denying it... SILLY
