How to unblock iMessage account reported as spam?

I am extremely irritated right now because iMessage will not activate there is people that can't even text me because of this. I've reached out to Apple support multiple times and the only thing they can tell me is that my iMessage account has been blocked or reported as spam and they just direct me to request to be unblocked here http://apple.co/IMFT-mac. I am really frustrated. This is going to be the third week that I have not been able to use iMessage and I don't know what to do because I have already filled out the survey like four times and I haven't gotten any word back on them so they were most likely denied. please tell me if there is anything I can do besides fill out this request form until it gets approved, if it even will get approved.

These spam blocks are either temporary or permanent and any follow up would have to come from contacting Apple Support although they can't speed up the review process.

Since Messages is only intended for personal use, it would be unusual for family/friends to be reporting your communication as spam. Any use, such as a Realtor who sends texts to prospective clients, can certainly see their account being locked if those recipients reported their messages as spam. Users expect Apple to take action for unsolicited messages and they provide the option to report them as spam.
