Can't get past the log in page for iTunes on my Mac Desktop

Im trying to log in to my iTunes account on my mac desktop. First time doing so in years. Only doing it now because when I upgraded my iPhone 13 to a 17 Pro Max about half the songs I've purchased are now greyed out and say they are not available in this region/country. Weird. Bough in U.S. trying to play in U.S. I spent hours on the chat with Apple and after trying all suggested troubleshooting and ever receiving a call from Apple Tech Support the next day all unsuccessful I was told to simply connect and log in to my iTunes account and recover the songs I can no longer access.

So here I am on my Mac desktop and each time I try and log in I get these options:

Trust and sign out

Cancel

Sign out

All choices sign me out. When I select trust and sign out it takes me back to the sign in page which then takes me back to that page with those same 3 options. At no time do I get signed in. I've tried each one, all taking me back to the same page and all never logging me into said iTunes Account.

All I want to go is recover the 80 or so songs that I can see but no longer play. Any help is appreciated.
