Is anyone else experiencing this? When i set my apps and icons to tinted or glassy theme, it goes slow like the frame rate drops to 60 hz! And when i set it back to default (light or dark mode icons) it goes back to smooth 120 hz!
Im currently on IOS 27.2 and i had this issue since 27.0.1.

Keep it on default.
Multiple settings can affect Pro Motion being able to perform at 120 Hz. Please check these settings and ensure they are off.
Limit Frame Rate - off
Low Power Mode - off
Having those settings off does not force the refresh rate to 120Hz. ProMotion is a dynamic rate and it’s slowed to conserve battery power. Many apps do not support a refresh rate of 120Hz and cap the rate at a maximum of 90Hz. If the iPhone feels warm to hot, the refresh rate will be slowed to reduce thermal effects.
