Can’t text or call

I assume that you have already tried powering off your iPhone and restarting.

Calls and texts are handled by your carrier.

Temporarily, use another phone to call your carrier and ask them for help.

If your phone still has a SIM card, take ot out and put it back while the phone is still turned on.

If necessary repeat after a few minutes.

Ask a friend or parent for help.
