How do I fix iMessage stickers rendering as blank photos on iPhone 18 Pro Max?

For some reason after upgrading to the 18PM (from the 17PM), after restoring the 18 from the 17's backup, stickers sent via iMessage have tried rendering as photos in the "Photos" section in each text thread ive ever sent stickers in. The issue is, they dont render, its blank with a cloud icon in the bottom corner. Its annoying and has been a week with no change. Ive even turned Messages off in icloud and opted to delete all icloud backups of messages. Ive tried some of the common fixes for icloud message indexing issues, and issue still persists. Anyone else?
