Problems with Voiceover and SiriAI in 27.2 on iPhone 16. For a blind person

voiceover not working with 27.2 and Siri. When iPhone is asked to create a text there are 2 voices, one for Siri and one for Voiceover. Siri finds contact, but provides only a quite tone to let you know it has found it while in teh background Voiceover says it is looking for the contact. Siri will not dictate the text until after Voiceover has found the contact and Siri will not read text back, it simply sends it with the blind person having no idea what the text actually says. Really bad upgrade. iPhone is not unusable. Turned SiriAI off completely and hoping Voiceover still works otherwise it is a brick. Also wondering why trying to turn Siri off required scrolling through pages and pages (9 pages on a phone with large text) of Siri features before a blind person can turn it off. Also, when the update is done, it has several screen touting the new features in photos for Blind People. ?????? That is just plain mean.
