It is impossible to determine provenance from a photo alone. That said, nothing about the Power Adapter packaging illustrated in your photo, or its markings, suggest that the Adapter is anything less than a genuine UK-specification Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter.
That said, consider that a determined counterfeiter will likely have copied and visually duplicated the item exactly - including any markings thereon.
If purchased directly from Apple or an Apple Authorised Retailer, insofar as it is possible to be certain, you will have the genuine article. If purchased from an independent or online retailer, you don't have the same assurance of provenance.
