New Macbook Neo won't turn on.

New Macbook Neo won't turn on. I've had it about 4 days and nothing will turn it on. All I did was close the lid and the next morning nothing would turn on. Has anyone else experienced this? It won't charge and no combination of pressing or holding the on button will turn on the laptop.
