Please try this
1. Restart Both Devices
- Restart your Apple Watch and your paired iPhone.
- If a standard restart does not clear the glitch, perform a forced restart on the Apple Watch by holding down both the Side Button and the Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
2. Unpair and Re-pair the Watch
Unpairing the watch creates a fresh backup on your iPhone, wipes temporary or corrupted cache files, and re-indexes the file system:
- Open the Apple Watch app on your paired iPhone.
- Go to My Watch > All Watches.
- Tap the info (i) button next to your Apple Watch, then tap Unpair Apple Watch.
- Set the watch back up and restore from your recent backup.
