I'm not sure exactly what you wish to achieve, but the latest version of iTunes, direct from Apple, can be found by following this link: iTunes - Apple.
However, that takes you to a page where the Microsoft Store version is prominent. To find the Apple version, scroll down that page to below the image of a laptop and find the very small heading asking Looking for other versions? macOS > Windows >
As I was writing this post I noticed a new version of iTunes is available today (iTunes 12.13.12.3) and it appears to automatically include Apple Music, which I don't need to use.
Until now, every version of Apple Music has limitations which have ensured that I don't want to use it, so I'm a little nervous about installing this version in case it shuts me out of my own library, without the option to uninstall the app. Frankly, I'll wait until I see what happens.
