Disable Book Store setting missing from Screen Time in iOS 27?

Did Apple remove the ability to use Screen Time to disable ads in the Books app for iOS 27? I'm no longer seeing the option to disable "Book Store" in Screen Time settings.

iPhone 16e, iOS 27
