EID NUMBER NOT AVILABLE MY IPHONE 14 pro max and there no option add eSIM option cellular tab
Does it have a two sided SIM tray?
What is the model number in Settings, General, About?
Could be chinese market model.

Not just not offered in China, but also not offered in any other country on a phone intended for China territories.

If you have an option for eSIM on your device then you will have EID. Please check if you have it.
Settings > General > About > EID (See the pic below)
