my truck factory head unit has no bluetooth. Bluetooth adaptor plays via a specific radio channel but always looses power in cigarette power connection . how to work around this without having a new head unit installed

The adaptor is irrelevant. The device is I phone 13 . So Mr wizard of oz tell me how to send bt signal via 3.5 mm aux jack to head unit when head unit only does analog. I phone sends digital signal.
