Cut & Paste from contacts to email HELP!!

I can’t cut & paste from (white font) contacts to an email without adding extra steps. I have to do this constantly for work. Someone requests a phone number or address for a client…I can’t simply cut & paste it from my address book contacts to an email because of the white font used in contacts. It looks like I’m typing in invisible ink. Called Apple Care. Spoke to two different people. They couldn’t tell me how to resolve the issue. I was told the white font in contacts is a design choice NOT a bug. I can however, cut and paste from contacts to a note or a text. That works fine. Apple Care Support told me to cut & paste all of my contacts to my notes. Ummm, no. That’s insanity. I have tons of contacts and so much personal information for every contact. Why isn’t there a simple answer for this? I need to be able to cut & paste from contacts to email. All Apple Care Support could suggest was to complain to Apple. Oh they also suggested using 3rd party software to bridge the gap. No! Why do I need to do that with a $1500 phone?! There has to be a fix that they don’t know about…right? This is an iPhone 18 Pro with iOS 27.0.1 Anyone??? Please help…
