latest version GarageBand cannot open a saved file

I have recently finished a masterpiece on latest GarageBand IPad OS, once I saved it and exit, when I want to open it up to made some adjustments, it display that some of the resource package is missing and needs manual download. I have now downloaded every resource package but it still displays the same message
