If you do not have Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options on your iPhone, it does not necessarily mean that something is wrong with your iPhone.
The availability of the Mobile Data Options menu depends on the iPhone's SIM configuration, the mobile network provider (carrier), and the options supported by the carrier.
1. Dual SIM or eSIM configuration
If you are using Dual SIM or Dual eSIM, the Mobile Data Options menu may be available only after selecting the particular mobile line.
You may navigate to:
Settings > Mobile Service
Under SIMs, tap the relevant mobile number or SIM.
Check whether Mobile Data Options is displayed.
