How do I delete the black square icon on my screen. This used to be just for screenshot. With latest update it has changed completely🤨. And I no longer want it. I’ll go back to using the side click buttons for screenshot.

If it's a small floating button, it may be AssistiveTouch. Check Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch and turn it off. If that isn't it, long-press the square and see whether a menu offers to hide it. A screenshot, as LotusPilot asked, would help confirm.
