MacBook Pro displays 'to' field out of range error when printing page range

I've long had an error message when I try to print a range of pages from a larger document. The problem isn't specific to MacOS 27.0.1 as I've had this same message for several generations of MacOS. I use my MacBook Pro, and connect wirelessly to my Brother MFC J895DW. Usually, I can print the whole document with no problem. When I try to print a range, it will usually print DESPITE giving me the error message. But then I can't clear the error message; it persists until the next time I restart. Here's the error message that shows up on the print setup window: The value in the "to" field is out of range.

Any thoughts? Thank you.

I'm not sure how to delete my question, but. thought I'd at least offer a follow up. I usually run into this problem while logged into my bank's online banking app. It occurs when I hit that app's print button. But I just discovered that while in that same app, if I print using Safari's print feature, my range printed without the error message. So I'm now guessing that the issue is with the bank's app, and not MacOS.

My apologies for not catching this earlier. If a moderator opts to delete this, I'm fine with that.
