My iPhone 18 Pro does not appear on Bluetooth as one of My Devices on my new Mac Mini; the iPhone shows up on my Devices list for my Apple Account, and the Mini shows on my iPhone list for Apple Account. Thus I cannot AirDrop files from my iPhone to my Mini;
Mac mini, macOS 27.2

That is correct you never been able to connect any Apple devices between bluetooth, unless you're tethering.
What are you trying t odo.
Trying to airdrop my Apple Card statement as I always do from my iPhone to my Mac, but just replaced my Mac Studio with a new Mac Mini, somehow the connections didn't transfer, so now I am not able to airdrop my files.
You may want to review Apple's guidance for AirDrop setup.

Thanks. I looked at these pages previously, I did what it noted, but unfortunately AirDrop still fails from my iPhone to my Mini. Must be some setting that didn't get carried over when I switched from my Studio to Mini, since it worked without any problems with my Studio.
Thanks, it worked after reading and performing the steps in one of the links you provided, only after I restarted my Mac! Thank you!
You’re welcome.
Happy to know you’ve got it worked out. 👍🏽
