Missing 'Hide Title' option for scanned image in Freeform on iPad

Freeform board problem with a copy of a scanned image - cannot hide title.   

On a Freeform board with a copy of a scanned image after selecting the image, under the More button (three dots) in the toolbar, there is no "Hide Title" option.  IPad with iOS 26.2.
