Same photo listed multiple times in iPad large attachments

I am using an Ipad 13 and trying to get rid of unnecessary large attachments. In review large attachments in Ipad Storage, I see the same picture listed several times (9) but it is only in photos once.Whats going on? I don’t want to delete it?

Your device can have photos that are not in the Photos app. In particular, photos in emails, documents or texts are not saved in the Photos app unless you explicitly choose to save them to Photos.
